The level of these losses depends on the technical characteristics of the network, its configuration, the volume of consumption and other factors. The Energy Regulatory Agency recognises technical losses of up to 8.43 per cent, and these are included in the price of electricity.<\/p><p>In addition to technical losses, there are also commercial losses resulting from electricity theft and unauthorised connections to the network. These losses are borne exclusively by CEDIS and paid for by us alone.
