governing compensation for damage and the Energy Law of Montenegro. CEDIS\u2019s internal procedures regulate in detail the process for submitting claims for compensation for damage, including all required forms and instructions on the evidence to be enclosed with the claim.<\/p><p>Claims for compensation for damage for which the Company is liable may be submitted at the following locations. The contact persons listed below can provide users with information and receive duly completed claims in accordance with the CEDIS Procedure for Compensation for Damage Arising from Liability in the provide detailed information, in person or by email, on all the steps required to exercise the right to compensation for damage.<\/p><p>CEDIS has concluded a liability insurance agreement and is taking all necessary steps and coordinating with the insurer to make the process of receiving, processing and deciding on justified claims as efficient as possible.<\/p><p>All electricity users for whom CEDIS\u2019s liability for specific damage has been established are entitled to compensation.<\/p><p>A valid document proving the value of the damage incurred must also be submitted so that the amount of compensation can be calculated.<\/p><p>The claim form for initiating the compensation process is provided below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
