{"id":8405,"date":"2025-09-02T09:53:38","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T09:53:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cedis.me\/uncategorized\/grant-agreement-signed-with-the-ebrd\/"},"modified":"2026-10-08T21:26:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-08T21:26:08","slug":"grant-agreement-signed-with-the-ebrd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cedis.me\/en\/latest-news\/grant-agreement-signed-with-the-ebrd\/","title":{"rendered":"Grant Agreement Signed with the EBRD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS) has signed a Grant Agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) worth EUR 329,000.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreement was signed by CEDIS Executive Director Vladimir Ivanovi\u0107 and Remon Zakaria, Head of the EBRD Office in Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grant of EUR 329,000 provided by the EBRD is intended to cover the cost of engaging a consultant to provide expert support to the CEDIS SCADA \u2013 Smart Digitalization Project Implementation Unit, established within CEDIS, until the project is completed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consulting services will include support in overseeing procurement procedures for this project, ensuring full compliance with EBRD procurement rules and policies, as well as monitoring and supervising the fulfilment of all contractual obligations. This will ensure transparency and the successful implementation of the project in accordance with international standards and best practices.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SCADA \u2013 Smart Digitalization project represents a key step in modernising Montenegro\u2019s electricity distribution system.
