The donation agreement was signed by Vladimir \u010ca\u0111enovi\u0107, Director of the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System, and Dr Vlado Popovi\u0107, Director of the \u201cVaso \u0106ukovi\u0107\u201d Special Hospital for Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery and Neurology.<\/p>\n<p>CEDIS allocated over EUR 8,000 for this donation to support the hospital in purchasing the necessary instruments for spinal surgery. The hospital itself was built thanks to a donation from one of the greatest benefactors in our region, Vaso \u0106ukovi\u0107, after whom it is named.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 We are pleased to be able to help this important healthcare institution, which has been recognised for the expertise and quality of its services since its establishment, both in Montenegro and throughout the wider region. I am proud that CEDIS, as a socially responsible company, listens carefully to the needs of the community and, accordingly, stands by those who need support most, for the benefit of society as a whole. I would be glad if all socially responsible companies followed our example, thereby not only investing in healthcare but also keeping alive the memory of great benefactors such as Vaso \u0106ukovi\u0107. I believe that the purchase of instruments for spinal surgery will make the work of doctors and medical staff easier and further improve the quality of hospital services. In addition to the many activities we are carrying out to modernise the hospital, our limited financial resources prevent us from purchasing the necessary equipment, which is why we approached CEDIS on this occasion. By recognising our needs, as well as those of numerous healthcare institutions, CEDIS has established itself as one of the country&#8217;s most important companies, providing ongoing support to Montenegro&#8217;s healthcare system. Thanks to CEDIS&#8217;s donation and the purchase of this essential medical equipment, the Public Healthcare Institution \u201cVaso \u0106ukovi\u0107\u201d Special Hospital for Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery and Neurology will further modernise its approach to treatment and create conditions and an environment befitting its reputation and what the users of all our services deserve.<\/em> \u2013 said <strong>Dr Vlado Popovi\u0107<\/strong>, Director of the Public Healthcare Institution \u201cVaso \u0106ukovi\u0107\u201d Special Hospital for Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery and Neurology.<\/p>\n<p>For six years now, the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System has been helping to improve the community through projects in various fields, and this donation is just one of many for which it has allocated funds. We would like to note that since the beginning of this year alone, CEDIS has provided over EUR 40,000 in support to the healthcare system.
