Danilovgrad, \u201cElectro Team\u201d d.o.o. Budva and \u201cRamel\u201d d.o.o. Nik\u0161i\u0107. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of 24 months for the purposes of the Project for the Revitalisation of the Medium-Voltage (MV) and Low-Voltage (LV) Electricity Network throughout Montenegro.<\/p>\n<p>The MV and LV network revitalisation project is part of the 2019\u20132021 Investment Plan, which envisages the implementation of investment projects worth \u20ac81.6 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Through this project, approximately 480 km of the MV network will be upgraded between 2019 and 2021, representing around 13 per cent of the overhead MV network, along with approximately eight thousand pole locations. Within the LV network, 990 km of lines and around 28 thousand pole locations will be upgraded. A significant portion of the funds will be allocated to revitalising the MV and LV networks supplying rural areas of municipalities in the north,<\/em>\u201d said <strong>Zoran \u0110ukanovi\u0107<\/strong>, CEDIS Executive Director, on this occasion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-3.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5543 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-3-1024x667.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"681\" height=\"444\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u0110ukanovi\u0107 also noted that the Project continues the intensive investment activities carried out by CEDIS in the previous period, and recalled that substantial investment had been made in the low-voltage network throughout Montenegro through the electronic meter installation project, in which more than \u20ac100 million has been invested to date. <em>\u201cIn addition to installing meters, over the past two years CEDIS has invested around \u20ac25 million in the primary and secondary networks to ensure a more secure and higher-quality electricity supply<\/em>,\u201d <strong>\u0110ukanovi\u0107<\/strong> emphasised.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5542 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-2-1024x669.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"457\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>It is particularly gratifying that this important and costly Project is being implemented by companies from Montenegro, thereby giving a significant boost to the Montenegrin economy in addition to achieving its primary objective\u2014a more reliable and higher-quality electricity supply<\/em>,\u201d \u0110ukanovi\u0107 said, adding that he was confident the project would confirm their ability to meet high quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We are faced with a complex task, but I am confident and, on behalf of the Consortium, guarantee that we will carry out all activities to the highest standard<\/em>,\u201d said <strong>Nikola Kova\u010devi\u0107<\/strong>, representative of the Consortium comprising \u201cMezon\u201d d.o.o. Danilovgrad, \u201cElectro Team\u201d d.o.o. Budva and \u201cRamel\u201d d.o.o. Nik\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5541 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"676\" height=\"544\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The project will ensure a more reliable and higher-quality electricity supply, reduce the number of outages, and create the infrastructure prerequisites for connecting new customers.<\/p>\n<p>CEDIS has also begun implementing a so-called \u201cpilot project\u201d, involving the upgrade of the 10 kV \u201cPodgorica iz Podanja\u201d overhead line, which will be used to test key aspects of the Project.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5544 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.admin.cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Potpisivanje-ugovora-CEDIS-Mezon-4-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"709\" height=\"473\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the previous period, our company also allocated an additional \u20ac4 million to revitalise the MV network and issued a public call for tenders for works under the Second Project for the Revitalisation of the Medium-Voltage Network throughout Montenegro.
