At the proposal of the Government of Montenegro, <strong>Zoran \u0110ukanovi\u0107<\/strong>, <strong>Sne\u017eana \u0160ljuki\u0107 <\/strong>and <strong>Miodrag \u010canovi\u0107<\/strong> were appointed. <strong>Aleksandar Mitrovi\u0107 <\/strong>and <strong>\u0110or\u0111o Kasaloti<\/strong> were appointed as Board members at the proposal of the company\u2019s strategic partner, A2A.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">In accordance with the Law on the Implementation of the Agreement on Creating the Conditions for Free and Fair Elections (Lex Specialis), Mr <strong>Dejan Mijovi\u0107<\/strong> is also a member of this Board.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2386 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/cedis.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/konstitutivna_sjednica_borda_direktora_cedis.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We would like to remind you that, on 23 June, the EPCG Shareholders\u2019 Assembly adopted a decision to establish the limited liability company \u201cCrnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem\u201d Podgorica \u2013 CEDIS. The founder of the Company is Elektroprivreda Crne Gore, which holds 100 per cent ownership. The Company will carry out electricity distribution activities within Montenegro\u2019s unified power system. In accordance with the rules of the Energy Regulatory Agency, the founder is transferring to the Company the licence to operate as a distribution system operator. By being spun off from EPCG, CEDIS has also become one of the largest companies in Montenegro, with more than 1,300 employees.
