A briefing with CEDIS Acting Executive Director Vladimir Ivanović was held today at the company’s premises.
Ivanović spoke with journalists about current issues related to CEDIS, as well as plans for the coming period.
Journalists also expressed interest in issues concerning the state of the network, tenders for the procurement of meters, and preparations for the upcoming tourist season.
Ivanović said that the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS) had completed three tenders for the procurement of meters and that 30,000 meters would be procured by the end of the year.
The meters will be supplied by Sombor Elektro and Mezon.
Ivanović explained that two more tenders for the procurement of 50,000 meters were underway, which, together with these 30,000, would be sufficient to meet all needs. He noted that CEDIS ended last year with a surplus of three million euros.
