Snežana Popović was born in Podgorica, where she completed primary school and high school. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro in 2005, earning a degree in law.
She began her employment on 3 July 2006 at FC Distribution – Elektroprivreda Crne Gore, where she first worked as a property and legal affairs officer and representative in the Legal and Human Resources Department, and subsequently performed professional duties in the Legal Support to Management and Property and Legal Affairs Sector of the Legal Affairs Directorate.
Since CEDIS was established, she has worked as a property and legal affairs officer in the Property and Legal Affairs Service, and was subsequently assigned to the position of Property and Legal Affairs Specialist.
By resolution of the Board of Directors, Snežana was appointed Company Secretary on 28 January 2023.
