Čađenović Visits Field Crews

Executive Director Vladimir Čađenović visited the low-voltage network works in Zagorič, Podgorica, on his first working day. The work is being carried out by electrical technicians from Region 2.

During the visit, Čađenović noted, among other things, that a stable and high-quality supply of electricity is a priority for the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System.

“Good organisation, a responsible approach and the dedication of all employees, especially the engineers and electrical technicians who are the backbone of the Company, will deliver even better results. Together, we will work to further modernise the network and facilities and improve the quality of services so that they fully meet customers’ needs and expectations,” said Čađenović, who was briefed during the visit on the complex and demanding work carried out by electrical technicians, as well as the risks it entails.

“The work you do is very demanding and carries great responsibility. It is also difficult and risky. That is why the most important thing is for you, as true professionals, to remain safe at all times and avoid any potential risks. I have no doubt that, with your knowledge and experience, you will do the job to the highest standard. With a high degree of cohesion and responsibility among all CEDIS employees, at one of the most important companies in the country, results will follow,” said Čađenović, adding that he would do everything in his power to ensure that our Company maintains stable operations and becomes even better and more efficient.
