Yesterday, a sponsorship agreement with Karate Club “Podgorica” was signed at CEDIS premises. The Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System began its partnership with this karate club, one of the most successful in the country, last year.
Karate Club “Podgorica” delighted us with numerous awards and great achievements in 2024, competing in nine international tournaments. This, among other things, led to the continuation of our partnership this year. In addition to its many sporting achievements, the club also engages in socially beneficial and humanitarian work, further confirming that we made the right choice of partner.
“We began our partnership at the request of Karate Club ‘Podgorica’. Last year, it was already clear to us that this was a serious club, working diligently and with dedication, as demonstrated by its results in 2024. We are especially pleased that the club focuses on working with the youngest age groups, giving them the opportunity to develop in a healthy and supportive environment. That is why we decided to continue our partnership this year. Since its establishment, the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System has been a strong pillar of the community in which it operates, making us one of the largest socially responsible companies in Montenegro, of which we are very proud,” said CEDIS Executive Director Vladimir Ivanović.
