Stickers with a QR code linking to www.potrosac.me have been displayed today in prominent locations in CEDIS business premises reserved for customer contact. In this way, CEDIS is joining the campaign to promote consumer legislation and raise awareness among the Montenegrin public about the upgraded Central Information System for Consumer Protection – CIZSP (www.potrosac.me ).
CIZSP (www.potrosac.me ) was launched on 19 November of this year. It connects various institutions (inspection authorities, agencies, the Central Bank, NGOs) with the aim of providing consumers with easy access to the competent authorities to resolve complaints, as well as timely and competent responses to consumer complaints.
CEDIS is a company with a strong commitment to social responsibility, distributing electricity to around 420,000 customers throughout Montenegro and investing significant resources in improving customer services, as well as educating customers about their rights and obligations.
