In accordance with the recommendations of the Government of Montenegro and the Institute of Public Health, issued to help curb the spread of the coronavirus epidemic, we are informing customers whose electricity consumption meters are located inside individual residential buildings that meter readings will be organised in a way that ensures social distancing.
While social distancing measures remain in place, our employees will not enter your buildings to read your consumption. Instead, an employee will speak to you outside the building and ask you to read the meter yourself and provide them with the reading.
Since meters inside buildings are most often located in rural and remote areas, we will make every effort to reach your building under these circumstances as well, as regular meter reading is primarily in the customer’s interest. Irregular meter reading may make it more difficult for you to plan your household budget and, due to the applicable tariff rates and discounts for certain categories of consumers, may in some cases also result in higher bills.
