Yesterday, the ninth anniversary of the company’s independent operations was marked at the headquarters of the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS). On this occasion, awards were presented to employees who had demonstrated particular professionalism, responsibility and dedication in their work.
Congratulating the award-winning employees, Executive Director Vladimir Ivanović said that CEDIS, as one of the most socially responsible companies, knows how to recognise and value the work and efforts of its employees.

“Your contribution to the company is clearly reflected in the system’s day-to-day operations. Through your knowledge, dedication and approach to your work, you are building the foundation on which CEDIS is developing. It is an honour to have the opportunity to be among the best this year as well. These awards are thoroughly deserved. I am well acquainted with the work of most of my colleagues, and the fact that your managers have recognised you speaks volumes about your commitment. It was up to us to confirm this and, in this way, express our gratitude and respect for your efforts,” said Ivanović.
He added that every success the company achieves is the result of collective commitment, mutual respect and a professional approach to work.
CEDIS is marking its ninth anniversary without celebrations or formalities, but with strong values, rewarding those who contribute to its identity and make their mark in every area of its operations.
Biljana Medojević, Head of the Human Resources, General Affairs and Corporate Communications Sector, warmly congratulated the award recipients on their achievements and commitment, which distinguished them among the company’s many employees.
“CEDIS values and encourages dedicated work and employee loyalty. This year, sector managers nominated 21 colleagues, and after a detailed review of all the nominations received, the expert management team decided to award 11 individuals whose work and results made a special contribution to the development of our company,” said Medojević.
As she concluded, the awards ceremony is a symbolic but important gesture of gratitude and an encouragement for employees to continue contributing to our shared success through their knowledge, experience and energy.
